William // 7 Years Old

Oh sweet baby boy. HAPPY BIRTHDAY my little freckle face!! You get lugged around everywhere for your siblings events and have to live a very go-with-the-flow and you are SUCH a champ about it. You are the easiest little nugget who has a crazy inquisitive side and asks constant questions. You can SEE your little mind working when we are somewhere new and you are in a jokester phase constantly trying to be funny and you love your joke book. I love you so much and while you still prefer Daddy over anyone else I hopeful that someday that will change. You are such a good kid in school and other parents say you are full of manners. You seem to be quite the little responsible one and yes, legos are still your favorite thing. That and 'crafting' as you call it. You find things in the recycle bin often and build something out of those pieces. It's just amazing to watch your little self work. You did soccer, baseball and basketball this year and seem to like them all equally. Happy Birthday my Woolly-bear.

Cowtown Half Marathon

Derek completed his fourth Cowtown Half and did great! He beat his time from last year and we didn't really deal with any injuries this year. He felt good running and the weather was absolutely amazing! 

Showbiz Competition

Ady's solo looked BEAUTIFUL and she ended up placing 10th. She essentially was in the bottom level the last few years but at this new studio she skipped the middle level and is competing at the highest level against some crazy talent. For her to be able to stand on stage and accept and award is HUGE. She's growing SO so much and we are just so happy.

And her group dances are just all so amazing. The choreography and talent and costumes are the best!

Bingo

Our church had a bingo night a couple weeks ago that was a blast! While we didn't win a big prize they had Chick Fil A and the kids had the best time playing. 

Will's Basketball Season

The boys had a great run with daddy as their coach and had some wins and some losses but overall had fun. Will got a few baskets and is quite the little defender.

It's a terrible picture but he asks to 'snuggle' every night now. He doesn't love me being the big spoon and prefers to snuggle like this but it's absolutely adorable...

Fairytale Ball & Valentine's Shenanigans

It was our third and final Fairytale Ball at school and it was a cute one! My little king was hilarious to watch. He was incredibly uncomfortable dancing with his partner and you could feel his disdain for it. It gave us quite a good laugh though.

And she got her first valentine from a boy. Her little buddy Noah who she has known since she was 4 is just adorable and gave her these chocolates and a teddy bear...
