Painting

We've been painting a LOT in this house lately. Drew got a difficult paint-by-numbers for Christmas that he's been working on and Ady just loves to paint too. We let them pretty much do anything else other than screen time whenever they want!

Will // 10 Month Update

Stats:
Weight: 22lbs - ish
Height: 28inches - ish

Changes: You've started to hold yourselves on your hands to crawl but still prefer to crawl with one arm down army style. You also pull up onto anyone's lap who is sitting near you and I'm assuming you'll be pulling up on other things soon.

Temperament: Happiest baby!

Sleep: Still an awesome sleeper! You nap a couple times a day and the ones at school can be 20-30 minutes but at home they are generally 1.5 hours to 3 hours long. At night you generally are asleep by around 7:30-8 and don't wake up until anywhere from 6:30-8a! We thank our lucky stars for this daily.

Eat: You pretty much eat whatever we eat but we're still watching the dairy and slowly introducing things with a small amount. As far as liquids you still nurse 4-5 times a day and then still get a bottle of formula or defrosted breastmilk at night.

Clothes: You're in mostly 18-24 month now

Diapers: Size 4.

Talk:  You're definitely trying different sounds with your mouth. You like to make a 'da' noise over and over and Daddy is claiming this is your first word. I say no way until he really knows what it means. Still no 'momma' sounds yet.

Teeth: 2 still but ANYDAY you'll have those two middle top teeth bust through!

Please stop growing little guy. I LOVE this age right now!

Breastfeeding The Last One

We head out soon for a quick 3 day getaway from Texas for a wedding. We are going sans kids and while I'm going to take my pump to keep up my supply, I had Derek snap this picture just in case. In case I come home and he's not interested anymore. I'm crossing my fingers that he misses his milkies and wants them when I return but who knows. The kid already loves food more than anything so we shall see!!

Drew's Birthday Week

Drew was the only one off school the Monday of his birthday week so I took him to a new indoor adventure park that was AWESOME. We ziplined, climb walls, did obstacle courses, jumped on trampolines and so much more!

It was SO much fun. But on his actual birthday we had a party for him and some buddies to do some bowling and laser tag. He LOVED it! :)

Bowling Date

After Drew's party, we were given a free hour of bowling at Main Event as a thank you from them so we decided to do that with the bigs on MLK day. William went to daycare and we had a wonderful time with our first 2. Also, I won. HA! :)

Thank goodness it was a free hour as we are now on day 35 of the federal government shutdown and pinching every penny. :(

The Bigs

We are lucky to be in a situation where we can spend time with just the bigs. Whether daycare for Will or grandparents, it's nice to spend some time doing big kid things and being with just them. On the last day of the Holiday break I took them to the aquarium and we had a blast!

And on the way out they begged to do the jumpy things in the mall so I obliged. Drew was skeptical but ended up loving it and Ady is my daredevil anyway so she loved it!
