This year we decided to do something a little different for our Holiday card and since we're in Texas now, that was our theme! The top was the picture we used with the subject line of this post as the caption and I LOVE how they turned out! The kids had a blast dressing up and I thought they looked SUPER cute too!

Happy Holidays Y'all!
This year we decided to do something a little different for our Holiday card and since we're in Texas now, that was our theme! The top was the picture we used with the subject line of this post as the caption and I LOVE how they turned out! The kids had a blast dressing up and I thought they looked SUPER cute too!
Our Visit With Santa
This year was a little different in that a local photographer hired a Santa and let only professional photographers grab a slot. Kinda a 'photograph your own kids and do what you want in those 15 minutes' thing which I jumped on! No Bass Pro lines or gross mall Santa's. This one was awesome and the kids enjoyed telling him jokes, high-fiving him and giving him hugs as well!
Also, I'll take any excuse to curl my girls hair up. ;)
Tree Decorating
One of my favorite days of the year leading up to Christmas is decorating the tree. We collect them from various places around the globe we visit and it's so fun to reminisce about all of our travels! Plus, the kiddos were super into it this year AND we were able to get a taller tree with our 2 story living room.

Dallas Arboretum
Although it was pricey, we checked out the pumpkin exhibit at the arboretum back in November just before Thanksgiving! The kids loved all of the different pumpkins and we explored as much of the park as we could. It's HUGE!

Day Date!
Derek and I LOVE the federal holidays that fall on a day when the kids are both in school. We cherish our day dates and look forward to them always. We had originally planned to go indoor skydiving but with baby #3 on board we obviously couldn't do that. I happened to stumble on a glass blowing workshop and we decided that would be fun and different. I ended up making a vase and Derek a whiskey glass!

Halfway Sonogram
Little man is officially past the halfway mark and everything looks great! My sickness has gone away for the most part and I adored seeing his tiny little body. The kids were excited to see his pictures as well and Ady keeps asking when he's coming out.

Halloween Pumpkin Carving
I'm wayyyy behind on blogging so here are a few catch up posts! My parents were in town for Halloween this year and therefore we carved pumpkins with them! Ady didn't want get her precious little hands dirty so we chose to put stickers on her pumpkin. :)
