Hazel turns 3!

Happy Birthday to our little crazy girl whom we love so much in the house but the minute she'd outside she's a pain in our rear. She loves her little people SO much!

Great Wolf Lodge!

We decided to do a little stay-cation on a weekend where the kiddos were off school on Monday at Great Wolf Lodge. The kiddos LOVE this place and it's always a good time! Fortunately our 'twin family' (they have 3 similar age kiddos for our kiddos) was able to join us and the kids couldn't have been more happy to have buddies to join in the fun!

October Happenings

Got Drew's official cross country photo and he looks so handsome! He really enjoyed running and was quite good at it always coming in the top third or so. His 2 minute pace is about an 8.5 minute mile right now. His best 1 mile to date is about 7 and a half minutes.

Whitney & Andrew's Wedding Weekend

It's been almost a year and a half in the making but Whitney and Andrew are finally married! We had a great weekend in KC celebrating with family from near and far and the kiddos were WONDERFUL. The bride and groom opted not to have any children at the wedding so we had many conversations with our kiddos about being on their best behavior but honestly are kids are pretty good anyway. :)

First up was the rehearsal and then dinner at the Boulevard Brewery -

The next morning the boys and I ventured down to the city market for breakfast followed by a visit to the Steamboat Arabia museum.

Ady was with Mimi getting pampered with hair, nails and makeup! 

Then we introduced Drew to the best BLT in Kansas City at The Peanut!

Then it was time to get all dressed up for the wedding!

We have the best little hotel travelers...
