Hawaiian Falls & Father's Day

We've been enjoying our season passes that Gramma and Poppa gave the bigs this summer to Hawaiian Falls. The kids LOVE riding the rides and yes, even Ady goes on the big ones! We also have a ton of guest passes right now so the kids even got to take a friend both this past week one day. :)

Father's Day was very nice and simple this year. We had planned to go play mini golf but we had pouring rain so had to punt that idea. Instead we enjoyed a yummy lunch with Poppa and enjoyed just being together!

Possum Kingdom Lake

Get ready for picture overload! We had an awesome getaway with my parents to a Lake just under a couple hours away. We were off electronics the entire 4 days and only turned cartoons on once for about 30 minutes. Instead we fished, boated, swam, played games, ran in the sprinkler, fished more, kayak'd, laid around, made s'mores, watched sunsets, played ping pong and fished even more. We had fabulous weather and it was just what we all needed after 3 long months of being at home!

We stopped to visit the local botanical gardens on the way home.
