First Day of School

And here we go again! My piglets are off to another school year and I'm so excited for them! I, on the other hand, definitely enjoyed 6 hours to myself to get stuff done. I swear a tornado went through our house. HA! I will miss them but I've got to get our life back together after a summer of fun!

Meet The Teacher & Final Hawaiian Falls!

We enjoyed Hawaiian Falls one last time with some friends to close out the last day of summer and it was great!

Then it was time to meet the teachers at school! Will got exactly who I wanted for him and he has some buddies in class and Ady got two amazing teachers as well!

It's going to be a great year!!!

Ady's 2nd Birthday Outing

She already had a little get together for her dance buddies but now it was time for her school friends to enjoy a little outing! She wanted to go rock climbing, grab pizza for dinner and then end the evening with ice cream so that's what we did! 

Still can't believe my little girl is already 10!

The End of Summer

Drew and I had another golf tournament to wrap up the summer circuit and it was a fairly miserable one. While it was 'only' 95 degrees (he's played in 104 before) there wasn't a bit of breeze and the humidity was insane. The bugs were out for a vengeance and it was ROUGH. He didn't play his best but we made it and crashed when we got home. 

The kids have been joining me for my lifting sessions and had this little impromptu pushup challenge!

Will learned to ride his bike and that means he got to bicycle up to the local donut shop for a treat!

Ady had dance but the boys, Derek and I enjoyed a morning at church putting together teacher boxes for their classroom. 

And daddy joins us once a summer at Hawaiian Falls for some fun! 

Will's First Lost Tooth!

Our bubba has been anxiously awaiting the losing of his first tooth and it finally happened!! He had watched some videos of others using Nerf guns to pull it out so we tied that thing to 3 different nerf guns with no luck! Daddy just decided to yank the floss tied to the tooth in the end and it worked! If the video loads below turn your sound up. He says "Ow?" in a questioning tone once it comes out like he didn't even know if it was out and if he should act hurt. It was adorable! The tooth fair came and brought five one dollar bills for him and he was so excited!

Home Depot Kids Workshop

Poppa was lucky to join us for a Home Depot Kids Workshop where will built a dry erase board. Will learned a ton about how to paint correctly and they both had a good time!

Auditions at a new dance studio!

I organized a little baseball practice with a local high school player and the boys had a (muddy) blast!

She made the company team and is just beyond thrilled to grow and learn this year!

Starbucks treats for my littles because they had to be drug around for some errands...

But they LOVED Costco lunch!

Gramma and Poppa took the kiddos to see Despicable Me 4!

And Drew got his first phone... well daddy's phone and daddy got a new one.

Ady's Birthday Celebrations

For her 10th birthday she'll be taking her 3 best school friends rock climbing then to dinner and ice cream but she begged to do a little get-together with our dance buddies. Although we were missing some we had a fun day at Hawaiian Falls!

Then on her actual birthday we started the day with our favorite donuts followed by present opening time! 

Her big gift this year was a Glam R Gear dance bag!

We had a family bike ride now that Will just learned how to ride his bike this month! We didn't make it far before things started falling apart but we tried. HA! 

Ady requested spaghetti and then Gramma and Poppa treated us to a new ice cream place that was delicious!
